Course Access and Use

Your enrollment provides course access for one individual. Your account and login information may not be shared with another person.

Found 101 and all accompanying videos, audio recordings, written lessons, workbooks, downloads, graphics and other course materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Course materials are provided for your personal use only. They may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, uploaded, published, sold, shared, taught, distributed or otherwise used by another person or organization without the express written permission of Katy Pistole.

You may download and print materials specifically provided for download for your own personal use. Purchasing the course does not transfer ownership of any course content or intellectual property.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials may result in the loss of course access.

Educational Purpose

Found 101 provides educational information and demonstrations. Results will vary according to the individual, the horse, the environment and the way the material is applied.

Safety Acknowledgment

Interacting with horses involves inherent risks, including the possibility of serious injury or death. You are responsible for determining which activities are appropriate for you and your horse, obtaining qualified in-person assistance when needed, and using a safe environment, appropriate footwear and a properly fitted ASTM/SEI-certified equestrian helmet.
